Abstract

A 16 year old boy who developed tremorogenic toxic encephalopathy as a result of inhalation and/or ingestion of mouldy silage containing aspergillus fumigatus, flavus and clavitus is reported from Halifax, Nova Scotia and Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
