Abstract

Efficacy, tolerability, and neuropsychological effects of ethosuximide, valproic acid, and lamotrigine in children with newly diagnosed childhood absence epilepsy were compared in a double-blind, randomized, controlled clinical trial performed at six centers in the US and organized as a Study Group.
